Building Safely
Safety From Preconstruction to Erection
The safety of our workforce is not negotiable. At NYC Constructors, we do not wait for incidents to happen. Our culture is built around proactive risk recognition and mitigation, ensuring we protect our people, our partners, and the public on every project we deliver.
Through rigorous preconstruction safety planning, data-driven programs, and disciplined project coordination, potential hazards are identified early so teams can perform complex structural work safely and efficiently within the tight constraints of New York City jobsites.
Our approach combines proprietary safety tools and systems, including in-house developed fall protection and perimeter cocoon systems refined through decades of high-rise construction experience. These systems are supported by site-specific safety plans, digital safety management platforms, routine audits, and continuous workforce training.
NYC Constructors has raised the city’s most ambitious towers for decades, so we plan the way we build: from the field backward.
